Happy Birthday Kate
2018-2022
Made for a dear friend (Kate) to celebrate her birthday, this quilt took some time to make. Beginning in a class and I didn’t like what I had done and started it over. It was made larger than the original to suit the recipient, and now lives on her bed.

Fabric: Background Essex Linen, blocks from stash and assorted purchases.

Down the Rabbit Hole; Chased by a Cat
2017 – 2022
The quilt top for this quilt was completed over the year of the block of the month – for the first and possibly only time ever. Hand quilting took the next five years. The quilt now lives on Katie’s bed.
